Refund Policy

LADY ME will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of receiving. No refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns if the product has been used.

To start the return process, please email hello@ladyme.com.au your order number. We will promptly evaluate your return request and be in touch as soon as possible.

Damaged/faulty products, or wrong item

We’re sorry if your order is incorrect or faulty. Rest assured we will do all we can to make this right for you! Please send us a message within 14 days from the date your order is delivered with your order number, necessary photographs and any further details. Customers have 14 days from the date the goods are delivered to claim an exchange on a faulty product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or financial institution to process and finalise the refund too.

 

All shipping costs for returns, exchange or refunds are the responsibility of the customer.

*We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risks are borne by the sender.
