Refund policy
LADY ME will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in thier original packaging and condition within 14 days of receiving. No refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns if the product has been used.
Refunds
We will notify you once weโve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
*We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risks are borne by the sender.ย
